On November 13th, Trinity will hold our worship service at Mar-Lu-Ridge Camp and Retreat Center with our Contemporary Choir. Mar-Lu-Ridge is a ministry of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) set on the mountain ridge in Jefferson, MD. Lunch at the camp’s Agape Hall is also part of the day.
If you haven’t joined us for Trinity’s worship service at Mar-Lu-Ridge before, please consider it this year. All too often, it’s easy to get comfortable in our routines, but it the variety having the service at Mar-Lu-Ridge offers a completely different experience for worship. And the view from the chapel reminds us of the jaw-dropping beauty of God’s creation and his wish for us to enjoy it.
It takes about 30 minutes to get to Mar-Lu-Ridge from Trinity. If you would like to come but don’t have a way to get there, please let us know in advance at hello@trinitylutheranboonsboro.org and we’ll try to arrange a ride.
There is no fee for the luncheon after worship, so please just come enjoy the day as a community. Please RSVP through the form below to let us know if you plan to stay after for lunch so we can plan for amounts. Even if you decide last-minute to attend, please come anyway.
