Book Donations
As you tidy up and clean off bookshelves and nightstands, please think about donating books to Trinity’s future Used Book Sale. We are hoping to be able to hold the sale in the spring, outdoors in the parking lot. Maybe COVID will just be a bad memory, but if not, we will proceed with whatever necessary safety measures that we need to follow.
For now, just hold onto those books and we will take them off your hands in the spring. The proceeds will go toward Micah’s Backpack. So, stay calm and read on, then donate the book! Thanks.
About Micah’s Backpack
To serve the needs of hungry kids in our area, Micah’s Backpack is packing a total of 120 bags to serve hungry kids at 7 area schools. The bags will be distributed at Sharpsburg Elementary and Boonsboro Middle School including 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, snacks and 2 dinners each week.
Micah’s Backpack is a program of the South County Food Pantry, housed at Trinity Lutheran, 64 S. Main Street, Boonsboro.
