Marianne and Choir Director, Mike Beeler
Marianne graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Elementary Education. While at Penn State, she played the organ for a little Lutheran church nearby. Currently, she is a first grade teacher with the Chambersburg Area School District in Pennsylvania.
She’s married to Heath Talhelm and has three children – Tristan, Cullen and Claire. They love music, just like their mom.
According to Marianne, she originally started at Trinity to just “earn some extra money to finish paying off my college loans.” Nine years later, she’s still here and Trinity is fortunate indeed! “The people have been so kind to me,” says Marianne. “This truly feels like my church home and I feel very good about bringing my children here. My choir nights are relaxing for me; they are an escape from my busy work week.”
